Once an engagement letter has been signed through our client portal, you will receive a notification though the client portal. This confirms the receipt of your request and provides information on the next steps in the process.

3. Delivery Timelines

Fulfillment timelines depend on the type and complexity of the service requested:

Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040): Typically completed within 7–10 business days after all necessary documents are received.
Business Tax Returns (e.g., 1120S, 1065): Typically completed within 10–15 business days after all documents are submitted.
Consulting or Advisory Services: Scheduled within 1–3 business days of booking.

Delays may occur if documentation is incomplete or clarification is needed. We will notify you promptly of any changes to the expected timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or non-fulfillment of services.

5. Communication

6. Refunds and Cancellations
